2. The Vinopure Balancing Concentrate–they say this is quick penetrating and 100% plant derived concentrate that acts deep down to balance combination skin and excess oil is reduced and your complexion is purified and cleansed.  You use the Balancing Concentrate by placing 3-4 drops all over the face and neck in the evening, and this is suppose to regulate oil production and leave your face cleansed.
